Process and Schedule

The City initiated the process to update the Duarte Station Specific Plan in November 2018. The update will require environmental review pursuant to the California Environmental Quality Act. The Notice of Preparation was available for a 30-day review in Spring 2019. The Draft Specific Plan Amendment and Draft subsequent Environmental Impact Report is available for review. The public comment period ends October 10, 2019.  It is anticipated that the Planning Commission and City Council will consider the Specific Plan amendments in fall of 2019.
